Who may register

You may register if you are legally of marriageable age in India and are genuinely seeking marriage — for yourself or for a family member with their knowledge and consent. One person may hold one profile. Registering a second profile on a different number, or registering someone without their consent, will result in removal.

Accurate information

Everything on your profile must be true, including age, marital status, education, occupation and income. Photographs must be of the person the profile describes and taken within the last two years. We verify what we reasonably can, and we remove profiles found to be misleading without refund.

Conduct

Contact other members respectfully. Do not use the platform to solicit money, to advertise, or to approach members who have declined or blocked you. Do not share another member's photographs, contact details or profile outside the platform.

What we do and do not promise

We introduce members and provide tools to help you assess a match. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any introduction will lead to marriage, or that every statement made by another member is true. Kundali and compatibility analysis is guidance based on traditional astrological method and the details members supply; it is not a prediction, and decisions remain yours.

Membership and payment

Membership plans, their duration and what each includes are shown on the membership page and apply from the date of activation. Fees are not refundable once a plan is active, except where we remove your access for a reason that is our fault.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove a profile that breaches these terms, that we have reason to believe is fraudulent, or that has been the subject of substantiated complaints. Where the reason permits it, we tell you why.
